Os desenhos ou fotografias não poderão conter: textos, logotipos, timbres, rubricas, símbolos, marcas ou outras expressões exceto "fig. 1", "fig.2", etc. Deste modo, ficam canceladas as atuais figuras apresentadas, ficando inócuo o "argumento de tratar-se de um símbolo em relevo".2- Apresentar novas figuras, suprimindo-se o referido "símbolo de tocha incandescente".
