Os objetos apresentados no presente pedido de registro de desenho industrial não foram considerados variações entre si, assim sendo, o depositante deverá proceder a divisão do pedido conforme Ato Normativo de desenho industrial AN 161/2002 da seguinte forma:PEDIDO ORIGINAL: atuais figuras 2 e 3;1º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atuais figuras 4 e 5;2º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atuais figura 6 e 7.A figura 1 é o prisma, portanto não poderá ser objeto de um registro;a figura 8 está fora do escopo do pedido, deverá ser retirada.numerar as figuras adequadamente;O registro de desenho industrial protege a forma do objeto, e não sua função prática. Assim sendo, o depositante deverá cancelar o atual relatório apresentado, substituindo-o por outro, o qual descreve, somente, as características ornamentais do objeto reivindicado.
