1- Mudar o título para: "CONFIGURAÇÃO ORNAMENTAL APLICADA EM CALÇADO FEMININO", harmonizando-o em novo relatório descritivo e reivindicação (a expressão: "Patente de desenho industrial constante do relatório deverá ser corrigida para Registo de desenho industrial, por ser inexistente);2- O relatório descritivo deverá ser conforme instruído através do AN129/97;3- Ficam canceladas as atuais figuras. Para melhor definição e caracterização do objeto, apresentá-las, com melhor resolução gráfica ou fotográfica, incluindo na seqüência das vistas anteriormente mostradas, apresentação da vista superior, frontal e posterior do calçado;4- Apresentar a reivindicação da seguinte forma:- "CONFIGURAÇÃO ORNAMENTAL APLICADA EM CALÇADO FEMININO, caracterizada por ser substancialmente conforme ilustrado nas figuras em anexo".
