Primeiramente deve a requerente definir em que objeto será aplicado o padrão ornamental constituído de figura de boneco estilizado.Em seguida, deverá reformular e adequar o título do pedido, tendo em vista o objeto sobre o qual será aplicado o padrão gráfico para "Padrão Ornamental Aplicado a ..."Adequar o relatório e o quadro reivindicatório com o novo título.Substituir o atual desenho por outro, com melhor definição gráfica, delimitando o contorno de forma clara e concisa, com traços firmes e regulares.
