Nenhum texto que não esteja previsto nos modelos é permitido. Assim sendo, reapresentar esses documentos com adequação. Retirar do relatório descritivo a menção ?DIVIDIDO DO BR 30 2022 004050-9, DEPOSITADO EM 03/08/2022?. Retirar também, do relatório descritivo e da reivindicação o trecho ?O escopo de proteção deste registro de desenho industrial não inclui a forma plástica do objeto em que o padrão ornamental será aplicado.?
