Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais instituído pela Portaria INPI/PR nº 36/2023 e no Comunicado publicado na RPI 2753, de 10/10/2023, formulam-se as seguintes exigências: [1] As legendas informadas no relatório descritivo para as figuras 1.5, 1.6, 2.5 e 2.6 não correspondem às figuras apresentadas. O correto seria: figura 1.5 ? vista superior; figura 1.6 ? vista lateral esquerda; figura 2.5 ? vista superior; figura 2.6 ? vista lateral esquerda. Reapresente o documento corrigido: excepcionalmente, apresente arquivo anexo em formato PDF (veja item 3.5.2 H do Manual), pois não há necessidade de reapresentar as figuras. Em atenção ao item 5.3.1.1 b do Manual corrija o título do pedido, retirando a expressão CONFIGURAÇÃO APLICADA EM, que não constitui a indicação do produto.
