Com base no art. 107 da LPI, por terem sido apresentados, estes documentos deverão constar do Certificado de Registro de Desenho Industrial e, para tal, deverão atender às condições estabelecidas pelo INPI, como previsto no art. 101 da mesma Lei. Reapresente o relatório e a reivindicação com o mesmo título do formulário de depósito (CONFIGURAÇÃO APLICADA A/EM ABRIDOR DE GARRAFA). Caso não tenha interesse em reapresentar os documentos corrigidos conforme solicitado, o requerente deverá declarar, no cumprimento desta exigência, que abdica da inclusão dos mesmos no Certificado.
