Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais estabelecido pela Resolução 232/2019, bem como no Comunicado publicado na RPI Nº 2523 de 14/05/2019, formulam-se as seguintes exigências:(1) Modificar título para melhor caracterização do objeto. Sugerimos "Configuração aplicada a dispositivo de cuidados médicos". Adequar relatório descritivo.(2) A classificação escolhida é genérica, imprecisa. Em documento anexo ?Esclarecimentos?, apresentar novo campo de aplicação visando a correta classificação do objeto. Sugerimos escolher entre a classe 24.02 ou a classe 24.04.
