Considerando tanto a LPI quanto o Manual de Desenhos Industriais estabelecido pela Resolução 232/2019 (doravante Manual) e o Comunicado DIRMA publicado na RPI Nº 2523 de 14/05/2019, formula-se a seguinte exigência: reapresente o relatório e a reivindicação do padrão ornamental reivindicado, em conformidade com o disposto na seção MODELOS do Manual, notadamente quanto à declaração de omissão de vistas de que fala o item 3.8.1.2 do Manual bem como o item 3.8.2 em seu primeiro parágrafo.
