Referente à reivindicação da Prioridade nº EM 003850742-0002, de 10/04/2017, por não haver correspondência entre a matéria apresentada na prioridade e o objeto requerido no depósito: o segundo círculo superior, da direita para a esquerda está preenchido de forma diferente nos dois documentos; o elemento que sustenta o balão onde se lê Ring the bell foi alterado; foram suprimidos elementos representados nas cores rosa e amarelo do elemento vertical no canto inferior direito; o pé do personagem da esquerda toca o elemento central no desenho da prioridade, mas isso não acontece no desenho do depósito.
