1-Com base na atual apresentação do pedido, não foi possível identificar diferenças entre o objeto das figuras 1.1 a 1.7 e o das figuras 2.1 a 2.7. Tampouco foram encontradas diferenças entre 3.1 a 3.7 e 4.1 a 4.7. Caso os objetos constituam, de fato, variações configurativas, esclarecer qual (is) elemento (s) da forma varia (m) de uma para a outra. Caso a forma plástica seja exatamente a mesma e a diferença resida somente na forma de representação ou coloração, numerar as figuras consecutivamente, por tratar-se do mesmo objeto. Poderá o depositante, nesse caso, alternativamente, manter no pedido apena as figuras 1.1 a 1.7.2- Por se tratar de aspecto geral muito distinto, dividir ainda o pedido. O primeiro pedido dividido deverá ter as figuras 3.1 a 3.7.
