How Many Brands Can I Include?
The service covers one brand per contract. For multiple brands, it's possible to purchase additional packages with special conditions.
What Exactly Comes in the Monthly Report?
New conflicting filings, all dispatches published in the RPI regarding your brand, ongoing oppositions, and a summary of prioritized threats by risk.
Does the Service Cover International Brands?
The monitoring covers INPI (Brazil). International monitoring in offices such as EUIPO, USPTO, and WIPO is available upon request.
What if my trademark has no activity in the month?
The report is issued anyway, confirming that there were no new threats — verified silence is also valuable information.
Can I cancel before 24 months?
Payment is a one-time fee and there is no cancellation with a refund. After 24 months, the service can be renewed for a new cycle.
