Mark description

The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of a transparent glass bottle. he bottle cap is turquoise. The cap is covered by a turquoise label that extends halfway down the neck of the bottle. Around the top and bottom edges of the turquoise label is a white decorative border composed of lines filled with dots. At the top center of the bottle's body appears the main label with a cream-colored background. At the top center of this label is the word "BRAVADA" in stylized black uppercase letters. Positioned below "BRAVADA" is a vertically oriented, shield shaped turquoise emblem. At the center of the emblem is a classical copper urn with a rounded base and pointed top. Flanking the urn are two symmetrical, stylized Puerto Rican boas in copper with turquoise borders. The boas are coiled in mirrored S-shapes, facing each other. Above the urn is a decorative turquoise crown. On the left side of the emblem is the word "POT-STILL," vertically aligned in turquoise uppercase letters; on the right side is the word "DISTILLED," also vertically aligned in turquoise uppercase letters. Below the emblem appears the word "VODKA" in stylized black uppercase letters. On each side of the word "VODKA" are two black horizontal lines, each with a black circle at its center. Beneath "VODKA" appears the phrase "HANDCRAFTED IN SMALL BATCHES" in smaller turquoise uppercase letters, followed by the phrase "ORIGINAL CARIBBEAN STYLE" in turquoise uppercase letters. Further below is the stylized phrase "GLUTEN FREE" in black italicized uppercase letters. The top and bottom borders of the main label feature decorative turquoise patterns and lines. At the lower portion of the bottle, there is a smaller label with a cream-colored background. On the left side of this label appears a copper-colored shield with a crown at its top. Inside the shield is a square divided into four quadrants. In the upper left quadrant is the image of a sun; in the upper right, a palm tree; in the lower left, a lamb; and in the lower right, a wave. To the right, at the top, is the stylized phrase "DISTILLED & BOTTLED IN" in black uppercase letters. Directly below is the phrase "PUERTO RICO" in stylized black uppercase letters with a copper-colored border. Beneath "PUERTO RICO," aligned to the left, is a black horizontal line with a dot at the far left, followed by "40% Alc. Vol.," a black dot, "750ML," another black dot, and "80 PROOF." The top and bottom borders of this smaller label also feature decorative turquoise patterns and lines. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle, the bottle cap, the bottom of the bottle, the ridges on the bottom of the bottle, the bottle cap seal and the label on the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
