There is a law enforcement-shaped badge before "NORTHERN" and another after "REGIONAL" in between the rings. A star is in the center of each law enforcement-shaped badge. The words "TRAINING ACADEMY" are in between the bottom half of the two rings. In the center of the inner ring is a law enforcement-shaped badge with a star in the center, on top of an open book, with shading behind both images, to set them apart from the hilly mountain landscape behind them and across the entire middle ring. To the left of the badge is a pine tree with the hilly mountain landscape behind it. The highest peak on the mountain is above and center right of the law enforcement badge. Behind the badge is shading, so that the badge stands out from the mountain landscape. A round shaded shape appears behind the highest mountain peak, with five lines situated vertically around the round shape, depicting a rising sun.
