The mark consists of a border line in a rectangular shape with four rounded portions on each side of the rectangle with a white space between another line of the same shape inside the first line and then a background inside the 2nd line in the same shape. At each apex of each rounded shape, there is a small diamond shape made of a solid line with a wavy shape on the inside portion of the line and a plus symbol within each diamond and the words "LOCAL BANK" are centered on the background with the words "SINCE 1907" above and the Cherokee words below.
