The mark consists of a shield outlined in black. Within the black outline is a white outline of the full shape of the shield, and there is a white line down the middle of the shield and from the farthest left side going towards the center of the shield. The top left quadrant is white with gray dotted lines, the top right and bottom left quadrants are solid gray, and the bottom right quadrant is gray with white dotted lines. On top of all the quadrants and in the middle of the shield is a black circle with the letters "HH" in white stylized font in the center.
