Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "GOOD POPPI" with a graphic of a dog's head and the subtitle "DOG TRAINING ACADEMY" beneath the text. The word "GOOD" is all lowercase and black on the left side of the graphic. The word "POPPI" is a grey color with an uppercase "P" and to the right of the dog head graphic. The dog's face is integrated between the words "GOOD" and "POPPI", partially overlapping both text elements. The dog head is central to the mark, overlapping and emerging between the letters "D" in "GOOD" and "P" in "POPPI". The dog head graphic sits on top of a blue, solid circle and overlaps behind the "D" in "GOOD" and "P" in "POPPI".  All other instances of the color white not present on the dog design represent background or transparent areas only and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
