Mark description

The mark consists of three concentric circles. The outermost circle is red and outlined in black and contains the words "BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU MIXED MARTIAL ARTS" in white stylized font outlined in black with the words "BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU" following the upper arch of the circle and the words "MIXED MARTIAL ARTS" following the bottom arch of the circle. The middle circle is red and outlined in black and the innermost circle is black. Overlapping the innermost and middle circles in the center is a triangle with a black center followed by a thick two-tone grey outline that is outlined in black. Overlapping the bottom center of the triangle, part of the bottom of the middle circle and part of the bottom of the outermost circle, is a clenched fist in two-tone grey outlined in black. Overlapping the center of all three circles is a red banner outlined in black containing the word "PREMIER" in white and grey stylized font outlined in black with the white on top of all the letters and the grey at the bottom of all the letters. Above the banner is the word "COLÓN'S" in white stylized font outlined in black. All of the foregoing is on a white background which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
