The mark consists of a triangular crest with rounded sides, two of which are longer than the other (top and right side). The crest is outlined by different lines. The stylized text "CITY FUTSAL" runs across the middle of the crest with "CITY" directly above "FUTSAL". "FUTSAL" is inside a banner with three small triangles pointing outwardly from each side and directly next to the letters "F" and "L" in the text. Underneath the two lines of text is a 5 sided star also outlined in white for 3-dimensional effect. From the left side of the star there is a comet tail shape leading up to a circle that begins in the top 1/3rd section and in the middle of the crest. The circle is also outlined in the same continuous streak as the comet's tail. In the middle of the circle there is a circular, five sided tribal star shape with a pentagon in its center. Above each side of the tribal stars sides there are small teardrop shapes with the larger rounded ends all pointing in the same clockwise direction.
