The mark consists of a pencil with a purple eraser, silver ferrule, and a gold body and a sharpened tip showing a black pointed piece of lead and the exposed tan colored wood and having "#2" printed on the body in black. There is a gray cloud to the left and behind the pencil. The pencil has four solid black colored figures of children in various poses standing on it and in the background there are the letters "ABC" in red, green and light blue respectively and behind that is a rainbow starting from a point on the left and arching over the ABC letters and widening to the right and in the colors from top to bottom, red, yellow, green, and dark blue. Above the rainbow are the words "Amazing Kidz Academy LLC" in dark blue. The color white is not claimed as a feature of the mark and represents background and/or transparent areas.
