Mark description

The mark consists of the word "SPIRIT" in red in a stylized font, surrounded by a black border and a winking Santa character with black lining, a pink face, black eyebrows and eyes, a white star twinkling from the left eye, a black mouth with a red tongue and a white beard with gray shading who is waving his hands, which are gloved in white mittens. Below the Santa character, the word "SPIRIT" appears with five white stars outlined in black surrounding it and Santa has a small dark blue sleigh with reindeer over his left shoulder on a circle representing the moon in white with a slight blue gradation in the middle and a gray border. The white background outside of the circle represents background only and is not part of the mark.
