The mark consists of seven shadowed male figures in a horizontal line centered inside a circular shape. The circular shape is not an even circle as the circle outlines the first and second shadowed figures on the left of the circle and outlines the sixth and seventh shadowed figures on the right of the circle. Behind the seven shadowed figures inside the circle is the image of a city skyline comprised of shapes of buildings and a ferris wheel. Centered above the circular shape containing the shadowed figures is the words "THE" in an italicized font and under "THE" are the words "COUNSELING BROTHERS" in an over-arching shape above the circular shape extending from the first shadowed figure with the "C" in "COUNSELING" being immediately above the outline of the first shadowed figure on the left of the circle and the "S" in "BROTHERS" being immediately above the outline of the seventh shadowed figure on the right side of the circle.
