Within this field is a brown buzzard with a pink neck and head, and yellow beak and claws, outlined in black, sitting atop gray bomb with black stippling on the bottom and sides and outlined in black with a gold fuse outlined in black with a red and orange flame, within which is the word "EOD" in red, bordered in black.
