The mark consists of an outline of a full circle with an outline of a smaller inner circle inside it, with five (5) equally spaced dots on the top half of the circle, and the words "The Network" on the bottom half. In the middle of the smaller circle outline, the words "Equity Now" with a feather pen illustration above a scripting swirl are in the center of the circle, with the words "presents" in smaller print below the words "Equity Now" directly underneath the letter "T" to letter "N". Below the words "present" is an illustration on shaking hands in the bottom half of the smaller circle outline, and above "The Network" in the separation of space between the smaller and larger circle outline.
