The mark consists of Three lines of text with the logo on the first line, the word INVISIONATE on the second line, and the words Invent, Envision, Innovate on the third line. The top line is a stylized logo representing the letters "IVA" having the "I" leaning to the left at an angle. The "I" is outlined in gold and has a two-toned central portion from top to bottom with the left side being white at the top and at approximately halfway down, gradually darkens into a shaded lower portion. At approximately halfway down portion of the "I" there is a shading transition where the left side white transitions into a slightly darker gold tone at the lower half. The right side is a light gold at the top that gradually darkens into a shaded portion, starting at the same location as the left side, at the approximate midpoint, and gradually darkens into a dark gold at the lower portion of the right side. The shading transition from light gold to darker gold occurs at the same location as the transition on the left side. Adjacent to the "I" is the letter "V" comprised of two legs, a left leaning leg and a right leaning leg, separated at the bottom by a space. The left leg has an angle matching that of the angle of the "I" and the second, right side leg leans to the right. At the bottom and between the two legs is the space. Both legs are outlined in black and have two-toned central portions running top to bottom, with a grey left side and a black right side. A highlighted transition portion extends horizontally across both legs approximately halfway down the "V" that matches the shading transition portion of the "I". Adjacent to the "V" on the right side is an upside down "V" that represents an "A" but without the horizontal middle line connecting the legs. The left leg of the upside down "V" matches the angle and slant of the right-side leg of the "V". The right-side leg of the inverted "V" matches the angle of the "I". The coloration on both legs of this upside down "V" are identical in coloration to the previously described "I". Below the stylized logo is the word "INVISIONATE" in capital letters, with the first two letters, "IN", colored in a gold font that matches the right-side coloration of the "I" and the upside down "V" in the logo. The next six letters, "VISION", are in black colored font that matches the right-side coloration of the logo "V". The final three letters, "ATE", in matching gold colored font that again matches the right side coloration of the "I" and the upside down "V" in the logo. Beneath the word INVISIONATE are the words and punctuation "Invent, Envision, Innovate" all in matching gold colored font..
