Classe 41

Providing on-the-job training in the fields of building relationships, responding to challenging behaviors, preventing illness and infection, and creating safe environments to those caring for people with disabilities or special needs; providing pre-vocational training sessions in life skills, independent living skills, social skills, community integration, and recreational activities; vocational guidance in the nature of providing day habilitation programs in the field of work skills, communication skills, and social skills for people with disabilities or special, emotional, or behavioral needs

Classe 43

Providing services for people with disabilities or special, emotional, or behavioral needs to promote community living and independence, namely, providing temporary residential housing facilities; providing temporary day care for people with disabilities or special, emotional, or behavioral needs; in-home respite and day program services in the nature of adult day care for individuals with disabilities or special, emotional, or behavioral needs; providing support services to caregivers of people with disabilities or special needs by providing temporary emergency day care services with replacement care givers for people with disabilities or special needs during times of emergency or disaster

Providing medical treatment facilities which provide residential rehabilitation, behavioral therapy, and developmental support services, namely, assessment, evaluation, and ongoing treatment services in the fields of developmental disabilities, learning disorders and other related disorders for people with disabilities or special, emotional, or behavioral needs to foster community living and independence
