The mark consists of trade dress for the overall appearance of the exterior front surface of the packaging for the individual serving packs of the goods. The dotted lines forming the shape of the packaging are not part of the mark and are merely intended to show the position of the mark. The mark consists of the letters "LMNT" inside a square in the upper lefthand corner. In the center of the mark there are three rectangles stacked equidistance on top of one another that include the wording "1000 MG SODIUM"; "200 MG POTASSIUM"; and "60 MG MAGNESIUM", respectively. The wording "NO SUGAR 2G CARBS" appears in a circle that overlaps with the bottom rectangle with a straight diagonal line splitting the words into two sides. On the right hand side of the mark, there is a vertical band spanning from the top to the bottom of the mark.
