The mark consists of a vertical rectangle bordered in dark green. Within the outer rectangle is another vertical rectangle set to the right side, and in that rectangle is a depiction of a picnic, with a sun in the upper left corner in dark green and medium green color, a red and white checked table cloth, on top of which is a depiction of a picnic basket in white and light green, with depictions of a watermelon in dark green, medium green, and red, a loaf of bread in light and medium green, and a bunch of grapes in medium green color, all coming out the top of the basket.
