The mark consists of the wording "POP4" over "PROFITS" with "POP4" outlined in dark blue with the center of "POP" fading from white to light blue and the center of "4" fading from yellow to dark yellow, and with "PROFITS" outlined in dark blue with the center in white except for the letter "O" with is yellow with an orange dollar sign in the center, all within a ribbon outlined in dark blue and containing light blue and white stripes.  A popcorn box in dark blue, light blue and white vertical stripes is atop the wording "POP4", with popcorn coming out of the top which is white and outlined in dark blue.  All elements are imposed over a dark blue oval with light blue interior.
