The mark consists of a concentric circle design with the center in white, the next outer circle in black, and the most outer circle in white and outlined in black. A design of mounted video videocamera which appears in black and white superimposed onto the upper portion of the concentric circle deisgn. A red dot is superimposed onto the bottom portion of the body of the videocamera design. The stylized wording, "JMP" appears in white to the right of the red dot. The stylized wording, "PICHARDO" appears in black outlined in white and superimposed onto extending past the center of the concentric circle design. The stylized wording, "PRODUCTIONS" appears in black and outlined in white curved on the lower portion of the black. All other instances of black represents background and is not claimed as feature of the mark.
