The mark consists of the outline of a shield with an arched top with the literal element appearing within the outline wherein "CHERRY ZERO" appears just inside the arched top of the shield outline, ALE 8 appears in large characters in the center portion of the outline with stacked wording ZERO SUGAR appearing to the right of the 8 the wording ZILCH NIL, separated by a diamond design, appearing below SUGAR and the word NADA appearing below ZILCH and NIL, and SOFT DRINK appears below ALE 8, with two stars appearing above the word ALE and two stars appearing above the word ZERO with the stylized image of three cherries appearing toward the left edge of the shield and a circular design with the phrase "For Bracing Pep" in script running at an upward sloping angle across a circular outline, interrupting the outline at about the 2:00 and 8:00 positions, a number of radially oriented line segments between the term "Bracing" and the upper and lower portions of the circular outline, the phrase "NATURAL FLAVOR" in block letters in an arcuate arrangement above the upper portion of the circular outline and the phrase "ZERO SUGAR" in block letters in an arcuate arrangement below the lower portion of the circular outline appearing at the lower right edge of the shield.
