The mark consists of a human caricature of a man with beige skin, brown iris within black lined white eyes, brown and black hair and eyebrows, black stubble and wrinkles, black shading on the left side of the man's face and underneath his nose and on his chin, black lined white teeth, black and blue shirt with a yellow and black bolo tie, holding a brown and black foaming bottle of beer with white and yellow foam, while smoking a black and brown cigar with a red, black, and white ash tip and giving a thumbs up sign with each black lined beige hand and fingers with black and beige fingernails, on a green background with a black lined orange border, with image encapsulated by text, namely, "TRADER TODD'S" flanked two red dots which also appear at the top ends of "FOOD DRINK FUN" in green.  Green dots appear flank either side of "DRINK" at the bottom.  All of the foregoing appears on a yellow background with orange border with a black inner ring.
