The mark consists of a concentric oval design outlined in black oval with the black wording "MENACE" appearing in the top outer oval and the black term "MATERIAL" appearing in the bottom outer oval and with the top outer oval appearing in white and the bottom outer oval appearing in tan. An incomplete black banner design appears on and extending out of the left and right of the concentric oval design. The white wording "ESTD" appears on the left side of the partial banner and the white numbers "2012" appear on the right side of the partial banner". The inner oval appears in white and contains a slingshot design with the black wording "ENT." appearing below it. The slingshot appears in black, brown, tan and khaki with a black cable running on both sides of the slingshot from the "U" shape at the top to the respective sides of the handle at the bottom. A brown sack outlined in black is attached to the bottom left of the handle. The handle has tan, brown and black rings around the center of the handle.
