The mark consists of a stylized globe of Earth composed of green land and blue water drawn on a sphere, with a smiling face with a black mustache, white teeth, blue eyes, and a red tongue, two hands (one on either side) wearing white gloves and each giving a thumbs-up sign, and one leg kicked out that is dressed in a brown patterned cowboy boot with a yellow star design. The smiling globe is wearing a yellow sombrero. The sombrero is decorated with a green, light yellow, and red stripe around the crown and green and red dots alternating above and below a black zigzag line around the brim. The underside of the sombrero is black. The globe is surrounded by an outline color blocked in yellow, pink, and blue with thin horizontal lines extending at various points. At the base of the globe is a pink and white ribbon banner. On the banner are the words "NUEVO MUNDO" in white stylized lettering. Below the ribbon banner is the word "MEXICANO" in blue stylized lettering.
