The mark consists of the front of a trolley in shades of tan, yellow, gold, brown and black appearing inside three concentric circles that are black and gold with the background of the innermost circle being tan and yellow. Appearing behind the circles is a yellow and gold banner with part of the banner containing brown diagonal stripes. On the top of the banner appears the wording "NAPA VALLEY" in tan and yellow stylized text with black shading with two circles appearing on either side of the wording, also in yellow and tan with black shading. On the left bottom of the banner appears the word "WINE" in tan and yellow stylized text with black shading with two circles appearing on either side of the wording, also in yellow and tan with black shading, and on the right bottom of the banner appears the word "TROLLEY" in tan and yellow stylized text with black shading.
