The mark consists of a shield shaped as an uppercase "T". The horizontal/top half of the "T" has "THUNDER & LIGHTNING" in all capital letters; the word "THUNDER" is on top of the "&" symbol and the word "LIGHTNING" is below. The vertical/bottom half of the "T" has two hands; one hand holding a large hammer, and the other hand holding a lightning bolt; the hammer and lightning bolt are placed in a perpendicular manner, going across one another; the hammer in front with the lightning bolt behind it. There are also two large letters: "M" & "C" stacked on top of one another, the "M" on top and the "C" on the bottom. Behind the large "T" shaped shield, are two large thunder bolts in the background, also placed in a perpendicular manner, in the shape of the letter "X".
