The mark consists of the term "Mod" above the combined word "CarWash," the term MOD being in wide, stylized font, so that the term "CarWash" in a smaller size font, fits directly under the term "Mod" from side-to-side, the term "Mod" being in pink font and the term "CarWash" being in blue font, the term "Mod" having a liquid drop shape above it and which drop shape is tilted to the left and slightly overlaps the top of the letter "o" in the term "Mod" and which drop shape contains various curved bands of color, with blue at the top, the second band from the top being a lighter shade of blue, the third band from the top being darker shade of blue than the top band, the fourth band from the top being red, the fifth band from the top being orange, the sixth band from the top being the same shade of blue as the top band, which sixth band also overlaps parts of the fourth, fifth and seventh bands from the top, the seventh band from the top being purple, which seventh band from the top overlaps part of the eighth band from the top, which is orange, the ninth band from the top being red, and the tenth band from the top, which tenth band from the top is also the bottom band, being pink and overlapping part of the ninth band from the top. The color black represents outlining and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
