The ribbon is imposed over a design of a stylized shield comprised of four segments. The upper left segment of the shield features a design of a flax bundle. The upper right segment of the shield features a design of a moth. The lower left segment of the shield features a design of a sheep's head. The lower right segment of the shield features a design of a boll of cotton. The shield is imposed over a design of an open pair of scissors, wherein the top of the handles of the scissor extends from the top of the shield and the bottom of the blades of the scissors extend from the bottom of the shield.
