The mark consists of the wording "CELEBRATING THE YEAR OF THE" in black atop a curved line colored orange, yellow, and green, above the wording "10" in green and "40" in orange, with yellow dots and lines extending to the above left and a green dot and lines extending to the bottom right. To the left of this wording appears the additional wording "1040" inside a design. The design consists of a white sheet of paper outlined in black with the numbers "1040" in black composing facial features. The number "1" is the left eyebrow, the "0"s are the eyes and the "4" is elongated to look like a nose. Below the number "4" is a black mustache which is above a black equal sign that represents the mouth.
