The mark consists of a stylized shield in white and black with the top portion of the shield in white containing stylized images of red, green, and gold crowns, with a black and gold harp appearing between them, and with the black portion containing six stylized white crosses which surround three stylized lions' heads in white with silver and black accents and yellow, white, and black eyes, which each incorporate white fleur de lis designs with silver and black accents. Above the shield appears a stylized black and yellow bird grasping a gold gavel in one claw perched atop a stylized knight's helmet in silver gold and red, with black and white embellishments, with yellow dots appearing within the black embellishments, starting at the top of the knight's helmet, and extending to the bottom of the shield. Below the shield appears an unfurling gold and red banner containing the stylized wording "PERSEVERE UNTO VICTORY" in black, with each word separated by a stylized black dot. All of the foregoing elements appear over a yellow background.
