The mark consists of a blue ring with yellow lines near the inside and outside of the ring. Within the ring appears the wording "ACTIVATOR INSTITUTE" in white lettering at the top. At the bottom part of the ring appears a blue banner design with white lines forming an inner outline in the shape of the banner, and the wording "OF HIGHER LEARNING" in white lettering appears within the banner. Curving within the blue ring and above the banner are two white laurel branches. Inside the ring appears a white circle containing a design of a black chiropractic adjusting device where there is a yellow curved line to the right of the device and another yellow curved line to the left of the device. Towards the bottom of the device is a blue curved line. All other instances of white indicate background or transparent areas and are not part of the mark.
