The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle as product packaging for liquor. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and is not part of the mark. The bottle has a blue closure and neck with a blue hexagon that contains an embossed blue crest comprised of a helmet above a shield surrounded by leaves that is above a ribbon banner, where the shield displays a raven, an agave plant, and an agave harvesting tool. A blue ribbon extends down the neck of the bottle. Just below the neck of the bottle is a rectangle-shaped label with a curved top and bottom side with a blue background and a silver border with the stylized silver wording "PLATINO" in the center. In the middle of the bottle is a hexagon-shaped label with a blue background and a border comprised of a wide silver outer line, a narrow blue line, and a narrow gold line. In the top left of the hexagon is a gray banner with a gold border outlined in dark blue and the gray stylized word "PLATA" outlined in dark blue appears below the banner. To the right of the banner is an oval with a gold frame outlined in dark blue enclosing a design of a group of workers in brown and beige standing in front of a brown building with a gray sky and white clouds. A gold arch outlined in dark blue appears below "PLATA" and in front of the bottom of the framed oval. The banner, the wording "PLATA" and the framed oval all appear in front of green and white agave leaves outlined in dark blue on the left and green and white floral stems outlined in dark blue on the right. In the middle of the hexagon below the arch are the stylized words "RESERVA DE LA FAMILIA" in silver outlined in dark blue on two lines with a silver horizontal line between "RESERVA" and "DE LA FAMILA", all on a dark blue background that is bordered by silver lines with curved ends outlined in dark blue that form an irregular eight-sided polygon. In the bottom of the hexagon and below the irregular eight-sided polygon is the stylized word "PLATINO" in silver outlined in dark blue which is above the stylized wording "JOSE CUERVO" in silver outlined in dark blue, with "PLATINO" and "JOSE CUERVO" flanked on the right and left by two gold coins. Towards the bottom of the bottle is a rectangle-shaped label with a white background, a wide dark blue horizontal band across the top of the label, and two thin dark blue vertical lines dividing the bottom into three smaller rectangle-shaped sections. The stylized wording "JOSE CUERVO" appears like a signature in the left-most of the three smaller rectangle-shaped sections. All other instances of the color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
