The mark consists of a column bisected by two "S"-curves. The column is represented by three solid vertical lines spaced equally distant. The bottom "S"-curve begins at the bottom right of the column and curves to the left as it ascends before bisecting the column and curving back to the right to end outside of the column at the middle left perimeter. The top "S"-curve starts to the right of where the bottom "S"-curve first curves and curves to the left as it ascends before bisecting the column and curving back to the right above the point where the bottom "S"-curve ends. The top "S"-curve then ends as an arrow running horizontally across the top of the column with the arrow point extending just beyond the top right of the column.
