The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress packaging carton for the goods, in which the front and left side panels feature colored overlapping arches, colored purple (Pantone code PMS 682), light blue (Pantone code PMS 311) and light green (Pantone code PMS 374), the colors are fading toward the wide parts of the arches. The front panel and back panel feature the stylized word "RYALTRIS" in purple, next to the word "RYALTRIS" on the same line are three imperfect intertwined circles where the top circle is green, the middle circle is purple, and the bottom circle is light blue (which also may be perceived as teal), and words "(olopatadine hydrochloride and mometasone furoate)" in black underneath RYALTRIS, this wording appears in the upper portion of the front and back panels, right to the light blue arch; the back panel of carton features the same colored arches, but they are wider at the place of overlap and only part of the light blue arch slightly overruns on the right panel on one side and parts of the light blue and light green arches from the front panel appear a little on the other side, at the bottom, whereas most of the right panel does not feature any elements of the trade dress.
