The mark consists of the wording "OCCAM" in stylized lettering and inside the letter "O" the letters "CCAM" with the letters "C" superimposed over one another and one C shifted downward so that both letters are visible yet overlapping, and the "A" and "M" overlapping such that the right side of the letter "A" overlaps with the left center line of the letter "M" to create one continuous line with the letter "M" situated below the letter "A", and the top of the "A "crossing through the center of the bottom of the "CC" letters, and a horizontal bar reaches across the midpoint of the "O", and the word "OCCAM" sitting on top of the horizontal bar and the word "MAGAZINE" sitting below the horizontal bar, both centered horizontally with the letter "O".
