The mark consists of "ENTITLEMENT ATTITUDE DISEASE" and design; the "ENTITLEMENT" appears in a rectangle with rounded edges and a black background; the term "ENTITLEMENT" is in blue and the lettering is outlined in white; a thinner rectangle with a black background appears immediately below and touching the rectangle in which the term "ENTITLEMENT" appears; with wording "ATTITUDE" and "DISEASE" appears in the smaller rectangle; the wording "ATTITUDE" is in white and the word "DISEASE" is superimposed on orange and red flames which give the appearance of the term "DISEASE" being orange, red and black; the term "DISEASE is outlined in gold; a pair of orange eyes with a partial background in black appear below the lettering "LE" in the term "ENTITLEMENT", to the right of the term "ATTITUDE" and to the left of the term "DISEASE"; with the exception of the areas in which the eyes and the term "DISEASE" appear, white lighting bolts with some blue shading around the bolts appear through the two black rectangles; the term "DISEASE" appears superimposed on orange and red flames; partial blue gears appear above the letter "LE" in the term "ENTITLEMENT"; the wording and rectangles appear superimposed on the lower portion of a brown monkey wearing clothes, a hat and carrying a wrench over the right shoulder; the monkey is wearing blue frayed pants with tears on both pant legs which appear around the calf; the bottom frayed pant legs and the tears are light blue; various parts of the pants are highlighted with black streaks; the shirt is black with the neck collar, sleeve ending and bottom of the shirt appearing in gold trim; the term "ENTITLEMENT" appears in gold across the chest of the shirt; the wrench is red and black and is superimposed over the lettering "ITLE" in the term "ENTITLEMENT"; the monkey is wearing a gold bedazzled and brown sock on his head; the monkey has a sinister grin and yellow rotten teeth which are outlined in black; the eyes are white with a brown pupil with a tiny white spot on the cornea of each eye.
