The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a translucent bottle having a blue cap, a silver neck with the words "PURE DIVINE" in blue with "PURE" being written in cursive and the tail of the "P" flowing through and under the word "DIVINE" below the wording is a rectangular shape made up of blue, white, and red segments from left to right; a vertical silver label tapering towards its top to a circular end, a representation of a circular gem in blue adjacent the circular top of the label; the vertical wording "DIVINE" in blue with "PURE" in red cursive to the left of "DIVINE" and flowing through and to the right of "DIVINE"; below the tapered label a horizontal label outlined in white and having at its top a blue rectangular field and below a downward pointing triangle having from left to right three vertical stripes in blue, white and red. The shape of the bottle and cap shown in dotted lines are not part of the mark and and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
