The mark consists of the word FRINGE in black capital, sans serif letters stacked on top of the words CAPITAL PARTNERS in black capital, sans serif letters positioned to the right of a rectangular field of six boxes; the combined height of the stacked letters is the same height as the rectangular field; a first set of three of the boxes are blue and extend from the left edge as horizontal rectangles of equal height stacked vertically with white space between them forming a stylized "F"; the top blue rectangle is longer than the middle blue rectangle; the middle blue rectangle is longer than the bottom blue rectangle; the bottom blue rectangle is a square; a second set of three of the boxes are black and extend upward from the base as vertical rectangles of equal width with white space between them forming a stylized "F" lying on its long edge; the left black rectangle is a square positioned to the right of and having the same size as the blue square and together the blue square and the black square are congruent in length with the middle blue rectangle; the middle black rectangle extends upward with its left edge adjacent to the middle blue rectangle and the left black box and its height is congruent with the combined height of the bottom blue square and the middle blue rectangle; the right black rectangle extends upward with its left edge adjacent to the top blue rectangle and the middle black box and its height is congruent with the combined height of the bottom blue square, the middle blue rectangle, and the top blue rectangle; and the right edge of the right black rectangle is adjacent to the "F" in the word FRINGE and the "C" in the word CAPITAL. The color white represents transparent areas and is not a feature of the mark.
