The mark consists of the stylized image of a sun, inside of which appears two inter-connected rings, all of which appears behind the image of a stylized bird, with its wings spread open, grasping a shield with its claws. The inside of the shield is divided into six sections, two per row, horizontally, and three per column, vertically. Going left to right: the first section contains the stylized symbol of a stem with two leaves; the second section contains the wording "YES"; the third section contains the stylized symbol of an open book; the fourth section contains the stylized symbol of a heart; the fifth section contains the stylized symbol of a Roman cross; the sixth section contains the stylized symbol of a quill resting in an ink pot. The shield is superimposed on the image of an oar, positioned diagonally behind the top-left to the bottom right of the shield, and a sword, positioned diagonally behind the top-right to the bottom left of the shield. To the left of the shield appears the wording "PROVERBS 31", to the right of the shield appears wording "TITUS 2:3-5", and underneath the shield appears the stylized image of a rowboat. Superimposed on top of the bottom portion of the rowboat is a ribbon banner, inside of which appears the Hebrew wording "ISHA AZILA". All of the aforementioned elements are framed by two branches of leaves, one on either side of the shield.
