The mark consists of the large blue letters "HPS" on the upper right portion of the mark.  Below the letters "HPS" are the words "HOMESTEAD PUBLIC SERVICES" in black.  Beneath the words "HOMESTEAD PUBLIC SERVICES" is a stylized sun design in white and housed in an orange circle, a rounded elongated shape in orange that contains the word "ENERGY" in white, is to the right of the sun design.  The wording "COMMUNITY-OWNED SERVICES SINCE 1916" is in black and at the bottom of the mark.  The upper left of the mark contains a circle design that has a blue outer ring that contains the wording "CITY OF HOMESTEAD" in white on the upper half of blue outer ring, and the letters "HPS" in white at the bottom of the blue outer ring.  A white interior line abuts the blue outer ring.  The interior of the circle contains a blue sky, a yellow sun, a blue river, green trees and green grass, and gray and black buildings.  The term "FLORIDA" is in black with a black dot on either side of the word "FLORIDA" which is housed in a yellow banner that extends across the lower portion of the circle design.
